Orders, Delivery and Returns
Vantage Point Products is pleased to offer free UK mainland shipping (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands) for all orders.
Free delivery timescales: The goods (if in stock) should be delivered to the customer within 7-10 working days (usually faster), once full payment has been received in our bank account, or payment has been made by credit / debit card. All goods are couriered and tracked from dispatch to proven, secure, signed for delivery. Please provide a delivery address that will allow for the goods to be signed for.
Alternative delivery timescales: If you require the goods faster than 7-10 working days, then please specify your deadline. We will contact our suppliers, and courier to see if it is possible to deliver the goods sooner. This will incur additional shipping charges for priority carriage.
Overnight delivery: It is sometimes possible to get an order out to you overnight, but this depends on our stock levels and those of our suppliers, along with the courier required to meet this timescale. It is always a good idea to contact us BEFORE placing your order to discuss your needs - we will always do our best to help!
Quality Control is very importance to us, therefore, the products that we ourselves manufacture and assemble are carefully checked for proper functionality before dispatch; in our experience, this care and attention takes time, but provides peace of mind for both the supplier and the customer.
If there are any delays in shipping your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
International Delivery Costs and Time Scales:
Vantage Point Products ships to most countries but we will need to calculate the shipping rate and timescales for deliver. Please contact us if you would like to place an overseas order and we can arrange this for you.
Vantage Point Products adheres to the Distance Selling Regulations for online sellers.
We know how frustrating it is when you receive an item/s and something is not quite right. So, in the very unlikely event that your item/s are incorrect, damaged or incomplete, please let us know straight away and we will do everything we can to make matters right.
If you have simply changed your mind, you can return the item/s to us, but you will need to pay for the return shipping.
The item/s have to be unopened, unused and undamaged in any way, and we must be notified within 7 days of receipt that you intend to return the item/s.
The item/s then need to be received by us within 14 days. Once all is in order, we will issue your refund within 10 days of us receiving and inspecting the item/s.
